The Rs 10,869 crore raised under the Rs 20,000 crore issue will be used to fund projects related to the company's subsidiaries' green hydrogen ecosystem, some improvements to existing airport facilities and greenfield expressways. 4,165 crore will be used to repay the debt of the company and its three units Adani Airport Holdings, Adani Road Transport and Mudra Solar. As per figures available till September 2022, Adani Enterprises has a debt of Rs 40,023.50 crore.
