RTE Admission documents 2023-24.Rte admission form online apply. process Document and last date 11/04/2023 In order that the children of poor families in the state are not deprived of education and they get education in good schools, under ATE, admission is given in private schools in classes 1 to 8 at the expense of the government.

The fees fixed by the private school are paid by the government. This year i.e. in the year 2023-24 the date for getting admission in class 1 under RTE has been declared in which parents can apply online on the website of RTE from March 30 to April 11. Also, the most important thing is that 6 years will be completed from the current year.

This rule will be applicable in RTE as well, as the rule of giving admission to class 1 has been implemented to the child who does.

According to sources in the District Education Officer's office, only the child who completes 6 years by May 31, 2023 in all schools of the state will get admission in class 1 under RTE. In the online application, parents will be able to select the Gujarati or English medium schools in the vicinity of their residence in which they want their child to be admitted.

Then the students will be admitted to the school through draw. Under Right to Education the child will get free education from class 1 to 8.

The source further said that not every parent can afford to send their child to a private school by paying high fees, due to poor financial condition, some go to government or grant schools.

Children are taught, but under Right to Education it is now possible for poor and middle class parents to teach their children in a private Gujarati or English medium school in the city. Some seats in private schools are reserved for children under RTE.
