Kanya Kelavani Mahotsav and Shala Praveshotsav 2023-24 Guiding instructions regarding the work to be done from district level
(1) Program planning for rural and urban area. Scheduled for June 12, 13 and 14, 2023.
(2) Admission Ceremony shall be organized in all Government Primary Schools of the State during the prescribed days.
(3) The office bearers / officers going from the state level will have to allot one taluka and the route of three primary schools of the same cluster of the same taluka will have to be allotted. Thus three schools will have to be allotted every day in three different clusters of the same taluka. To select a more student and larger school for dignitaries coming from the state level taking into account the geographical location; Allocate the schools included in the first phase of SoE (Schools of Excellence) as far as possible and send the list to the office here. (A) 8:00 am to 9:30 am First primary school (b) 10:00 am to 11:30 am Second primary school (6) 12:30 pm to 13:30 pm Third primary school and CRC in third school Will have to organize a cluster review meeting. Also to organize review meeting at taluka level by BRC on 24th June 2022 from 16.00 to 17.00 hrs. In which a presentation with the achievements and future planning of all the schools of the taluka will have to be presented. All the dignitaries allotted in that taluka should be informed in advance to attend this review meeting.
(4) Officers / officers going from district level will have to allot three primary schools of the same cluster in one day. As well as route, school selection criteria and other ancillary procedures should be done as per issue no.3.
(5) The district will be the district primary education officer to create a related office-and-officer route to the state and district level and delivering kits. In this operation, the District Education Officer will have to cooperate.
(6) By preparing a list of participants in the program participating in the program to participate in the program, the details of which district program will be sent to the details / listing education department level.
(7) Details of which talukas will be present at the state level, the details will be given to the state. The work of making the distance of government elementary schools under the cluster will have to do the district primary education officer. And the visitors appoint a time-to-day program and appoint a liaxure officer with every dignity.
(8) Preparation of the relevant district / town that will take part in the state and the district level, which will take part in the state of the district, by applying the route of the district and in which the district level of the district level.
