Answers to all questions regarding agneepath scheme 2022

Agnipath Scheme 2022: In a radical change in the decades-old defense recruitment process, the central government on Tuesday announced the 'Agnipath' scheme for the recruitment of soldiers in the Army, Navy and Air Force.  Under which the recruitment of soldiers will be done on contract basis for a short period of four years.  Under the scheme, about 46,000 soldiers will be recruited in the three armies this year.

The new scheme also raises the question of whether the decision was taken because new recruits have not been recruited for the last 2-3 years due to Corona.  In response, Lieutenant General (L-G) KK Repswal of the Eastern Command said in an exclusive interview with ABP, "No, there is no such thing, although we know that there has been no recruitment for the last one and a half years due to Corona.  But that is not the reason behind the new plan.  A new system has been introduced and any subsequent recruitment into the army will be done by Agniveer.

Question 1: When recruited under the new scheme, they will be called Jawan or Agnivir, but will they get the status of ex-serviceman after four years?  What will change and what will be the difference in facilities?

Answer: Under the Agneepath scheme, after four years, 25 per cent of the people whom we will re-employ will join like a soldier, the remaining 75 per cent who will be discharged will not get the status of a soldier, but they will have many facilities. One will have four years of experience in the army and the other will be competent enough for any job in the outside civil service.

Question 2: After four years, when Agniveer is not part of the army, there is a danger of losing the country's confidential information?

A: No, there is no such thing as the level at which they are recruited and the level at which they work, they do not have any confidential information that could cause a problem for the army later.

Question 3: When will this year's recruitment process in Agneepath Yojana start?

Ans: The recruitment process will start in next three months. And firefighters will be recruited under the Agneepath scheme.

Question 4: What message would you give to the youth who are trying to serve the country, what are the three things they should keep in mind as you yourself have spent so many years in the service

Answer: They should not doubt anything, the first thing is that a new scheme has started, they should work hard. If you work hard for four years, you have a 25 percent chance of joining the army. But if you can't stay in 25 percent, this four years of training will enable you not to face any problem outside.

Question 5: After four years of faithful service and knowing that your whole life will be spent with the army, the level of security and confidence towards the army, whatever happens, the army will take care of us and give us proper compensation. What would you say

Ans: After leaving Agnivir, the person will not get any facility of ex-servicemen but he has many other options. For example, when a soldier joins the army, it is very difficult to release him, but many people within the scheme will get a chance. Those who are young, get a chance, after four years of service, they have an experience, it will boost their confidence and I am sure that if someone wants to come out and do a job, he will get a lot.
