Upcoming IPO in March 2022.Veranda Learning Solutions IPO will open on March 29 and close on March 31. Companies have announced a price band of Rs 130-137 (Veranda Learning Solutions IPO price band) for IPO. The IPO listing is expected to take place on April 7. Veranda Learning Solutions is a learning solutions provider. The company is launching an IPO to raise Rs 200 crore.

Use of proceeds from IPO

The company will use the proceeds from the IPO to reduce debt, cover the cost of purchasing Edureka and expand its business area. 75% of IPOs are reserved for QIB. 15 per cent is reserved for non-institutional investors and 10 per cent for retail investors.

According to the paper filed for IPO, the company has raised Rs 40 crore by declaring 30.76 lakh equity shares through private placement. Despite the private placement, the IPO offer size has not been cut.

The company caters to students, professionals and corporate employees through its four subsidiaries. Veranda Race Learning Solutions, Veranda XL Learning Solutions, Veranda IAS Learning Solutions and Brain4ce Education Solutions (Edureka) are its subsidiaries.

Important talk of IPO

One has to apply for a lot of at least 100 shares for an IPO. A maximum of 14 lots i.e. 1400 shares can be applied for. Investors bidding for 1 lot will have to invest a minimum of ₹ 13,700. Investors bidding for 14 lots will have to invest Rs 191,800.

Important dates

The IPO will open on March 29 and close on March 31. The shares will be allotted on April 5. Those who do not like the shares will start getting refunds from April 6. Shares will be credited to the demat account on the same date. The IPO listing will take place on April 7.

Krishna Defense IPO

Krishna Defense's Rs 11.89 crore IPO will open on March 25 and close on March 29, 2022. This will be a fresh issue of 30,48,000 equity shares. The company will use the proceeds from the IPO to meet its working capital requirements as well as to cover the day-to-day operations and expenses associated with the issue. Shares of Krishna Defense will be listed on the NSE SME Exchange. The company's IPO listing (Krishna defense IPO listing date) will take place on April 6, 2022.
