Early Language Learning Teacher Training Modules
Under the National Education Policy-2020, emphasis has been laid on basic literacy and numeracy.Early Language Learning Teacher Training Modules.Achieving basic literacy and numeracy basic ability for all children up to standard 3 by the year 2022 is an important objective of the 1 241 HIZ Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) mission.
GCERT under National Education Policy-2020 , Overall education and LLF. As part of the Capacity Development Program for Early Language Education, all DIET Lecturers, BRC and CRC Coordinators and BRP Has successfully completed the Elementary Language Education and Educational Collaboration online course. As part of the Basic Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) mission, training of this course is planned to be imparted to language subject teachers of Std. 6 to 8. Diet faculty, BRC and CRC coordinators in each district have to impart 3 days face to face training to the teachers at taluka level or cluster level.
The content of this training reaches every teacher effectively, for the teacher to develop a deeper understanding of the subject matter of the training. And C.R.C. The role of coordinator will be very important. I wish all the primary language teachers of the state to get this training effectively through this training and cultivate a deep society of elementary language education and make a significant contribution in achieving the goal of FLN Mission.
6 Preparation of Training All of you friends have completed the Introductory Language Education and Educational Collaboration Online Course in a very in-depth manner with Assignment, Quiz and Mentor Collaboration and Mentor Work (DIET) Faculty. Now it is up to the primary teachers to teach the subject matter of this online course language teaching. Do the following prep under this training.
Have all the materials useful for training such as three modules of the online course, its supporting materials, quiz question papers, pretests, post test papers etc. ready to be printed. Each specialist who is to be trained should study all the three modules of the course, its supporting materials, guidelines for training assistants, PPT.
Discuss with diet faculty or other friends if you have any questions. At the place of training, keep the necessary materials like chart paper, video projector, commuter, sketch pen, pen-pencil, notepad etc. ready at the time of training. Planning for the training should be done outside the training room and the name of the specialist who is going to take the session should be written in it.
