Subject: - Regarding the planning of diagnostic tests of Std. 9, 10 and 12 Reference: - Resolution No. of Education Department: Amash / 1120/142 Six Date: -12/02/2020 According to the above subject and reference with Jai Bharat Various Home Learning Efforts have been undertaken by the Education Department of the Government to maintain continuity in the study of students in the situation. 

For the year 2020-2021, the Government has recently canceled Mass Promotion in Std. 9th to 11th and Std-12 examinations and has fixed the marks according to the evaluation technique. In such circumstances, the Department of Education has decided to conduct a diagnostic test to know the learning loss of the previous standard before the next standard subject admission. This diagnostic test is to know the current level of study-teaching level, based on the result of which information about learning loss will be obtained. 

Itt is therefore desirable for the student to take the test without any misleading fears and with a definite healthy mindset. Following the diagnostic test, unit tests of various subjects will be conducted from time to time as per the above reference resolution. 

Thee following is the schedule of the diagnostic test to determine the learning loss of students before the commencement of the new semester course in the month of July. Diagnosis Test Time Sheet 07 July 2021 Question papers will be sent by the Board to DEO Shri on Official E MAIL ADREss with Password Protected File. [07 July 2021 (DEO will send question papers to Mr. Svc Convener with password protected file on E-MAIL ADRESS. The question papers will be placed on the org website. 

10 to 12 July 2021 Students will take the test in which they will write a daily paper. 13 to 14 July 2021 Get back the written answer scripts from the students. Week | In the first week of August, the mark has to be uploaded at the Command and Control Center, Gandhinagar, the instruction of which will be circulated separately.

 According to the above schedule, the test has to be organized at the district level keeping in view the following instructions. Diagnosis test of standard 9, 10 and 12 to be taken in the year 2021-2022 and entry of marks of all unit tests from school level has to be done on the portal of Command and Control Center, Gandhinagar. Hence it is mandatory to have DISE coDE of all the school and child unique ID number of all the students of the school. Also, entry should be made according to each student's stream (science stream / general stream / other stream). This detail should be updated immediately by the school. 

 The school will have to plan strictly adhering to the above schedule. Subject and syllabus of standard wise diagnostic test are given in Bidan-1. J - The syllabus of the standard diagnostic test has included the topics of the useful chapter from the syllabus of its predecessor (PREVIOUS STANDARD) (e.g. prepared question papers based on the subjects of standard 8 for the diagnostic test of standard 9). The principal will be responsible for the evaluation of the answer book of the diagnostic test by the subject teachers of the standard in which the student is studying. Students have to prepare the subject wise and family result by July 30 (e.g. to prepare the question wise result according to the marks of all the questions 1 to 31 of the standard 12 general stream sociology subject of the student named Madhavi.) Sample of result sheet is included in enclosure-2. . 

According to which the result has to be prepared in EXCEL Sheet and displayed on the school record. Based on this result, marks will have to be entered on the portal of Command and Control Center (CCC) Gandhinagar. In the first week of August, at the Command and Control Center at Gandhinagar, the subject wise and question marks of each student will have to be entered by SARAL DATA APPLICATION. Whose detailed instruction will be circulated separately. Thus, you will inform all the secondary and higher secondary school principals of your district about the above instructions. As well as requesting all the secondary and higher secondary schools in the district to follow up this diagnostic test program in a timely manner. HA.
